Death.
I know for some people this isn't what they think of when this character comes to mind...I read some of the older stuff and it works for me. The background I made up when I was about 13 years old. After I finished drawing Death...I needed some sort of design element to wrap it up.....and I thought maybe this checker board thing I had made up as a kid would work. I blew it up to size and then light boxed exactly what I had drawn...and it worked. so I guess keeping that art you do when you are a kid can come in handy. you can see just how productive I was in 2005. So many of these pieces are from that year. |
